1. Hygiene Policy
   For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on adult products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
   If your product arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos.
   We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
3. Change of Mind
   Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind due to the intimate nature of our products.
4. Refund Process
   Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
